Every Rower Helps raise money for charity

Tesco staff from Peterborough Distribution Centre took to the river for a day at the races -
Dragon Boat races that is!
The 'Every Rower Helps' team was made up of 17 staff members: 16 rowers and a drummer. The crew took part in three races, paddling their way to an impressive two victories and a second place!
The rowing regatta at Peterborough Embankment was great fun for all involved, with other staff from the Peterborough Tesco Distribution Centre supporting from the bank and cooking up a barbeque feast for the hungry rowers.
The Peterborough paddlers were a roaring success for charity, raising an amazing £1,800 for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign's Giving children equipment to be independent campaign.
