Chinese grads raise a tasty sum

Members of the Tesco Chinese Graduate Scheme got involved with the Charity of the Year partnership
for the first time with a sale of food and jewellery at Tesco Head Office.
The twelve-strong team raised an impressive £1,400 in their three-day sale at the Cheshunt and Welwyn Garden City Head Office sites which took place before Christmas. The group sold a selection of meats as well as festive chocolate and a wide range of jewellery.
The grad team are not finished there however, and are now planning a Valentines day chocolate sale and a Chinese-themed event featuring tea and authentic delicacies.
